How good/bad did I eat yesterday? (foods&calories listed)? - oatmeal packet calories

Breakfast: 2 packets of instant oatmeal (unsweetened) -200 calories
Lunch: 1 slice of bread with jam without sugar. -50 Calories
Dinner: Banana -150 calories

Snack: 1 cup watermelon -50 calories

Total calories: 450 calories. (Woah, I had no idea what he ate little)

Exercise: Walk 4 miles on a 4 mph pace

Frankly, it's a terrible regime. The hamster probably eating more than you. :)

But seriously, what do you want to achieve by this? Weight loss? If this is your goal, please rethink your strategy. I do not know how the idea of starving, held lose weight. There are opportunities for faster and safer weight loss from starvation. You do not know, but there are strategies to help you lose weight because of increased consumption. Food can help to burn fat.

I suggest you transfer your question with specific goals in mind. It is difficult for someone to help you with so little information. If you are serious about viewing the help, serious issues. :)

I think you know in your heart that is what you do, do not unequivocally good.

Bad.

If you are an adult woman needs about 2,000 calories per day. If you eat so little, will nourish your muscles and your body will collapse from them. This is what happens when your body enters a "famine." In fact not lost weight and her skin is loose and your body will be terrible.

Do you eat enough calories and exercise.

I think everyone should stay at least 1000 calories per day to healthy then I would say that food intake is too low and are required to eat protein from meat or beans or nuts, depending on whether you are a vegetarian or not
